Rhuddlan Town Council recognised the fantastic success of 3 local groups in the recent 2024 Wales in Bloom our Neighbourhood awards held recently in Abergavenny.
The Rhuddlan Nature Reserve were awarded the top prestigious award of the John Wood Environmental Award for its fantastic work at the Nature Reserve. There is a great team led by Anita Fagan which includes local councillors Gareth Rowlands, Arwel Roberts and Mike Kermode and the Denbighshire County Council Countryside Services Team including Jim Kilpatrick and Garry Davies
The Rhuddlan Allotments were awarded the RHS Wales in Bloom Your Neighbourhood National Certificate of Distinction and the Rhuddlan Bowls Club were awarded the RHS Wales in Bloom In Your Neighbourhood Level 5 – Outstanding award.
