Rhuddlan Beaver Scouts take their Promise

The mayor Mike Elgin was delighted to meet Rhuddlan’s new Beaver Scouts at a ceremony that took place at St Mary’s Church on Sunday 5th March.

Rhuddlan Mayor Mike Elgin said “I was very honoured to be asked to hand out the Necker scarf to each new Beaver Scout during the service. It is wonderful to see the revival of The Beaver Scout Colony in Rhuddlan and I wish them and all the leaders all the best for the future”

The Scout Group Beaver Colony is run by Donna Musgrove and meets weekly at the Odyn. For more details, please contact Donna on 07999 854619. Donna is hoping to set up a Squirrel’s Scouts group in the near future for 4 and 5 year olds.
