Festive Christmas Lunch in Rhuddlan Community Centre

There was a very festive atmosphere at the fortnightly Lunch Club in Rhuddlan’s Community Centre. Everyone received an excellent Christmas lunch with all the usual trimmings. There was also a quiz and a raffle and everyone went home with a gift.

Coffee, mince pies and Carols in Rhuddlan

Rhuddlan Dementia Group had a great coffee morning with a mince pies and carols. The event was held to promote the Group’s work in providing information about dementia within Rhuddlan as well as publicising the Group’s activities such as Music Memories and Sit and be Fit, which are open to everyone and are free to attend.

Rhuddlan Co-op Supports the Dementia Group

The Co-op store in Rhuddlan continues to support local voluntary groups. In the summer the store helped to fund the Dementia Group’s Music Memories sessions which take place every other Tuesday afternoon in Rhuddlan Library.

A Successful Litter Pick

2018 winners for businesses / shops was Blooming Gorgeous Floristry.
2018 winners for residential property was Glan Llyn.
Other notable displays were: Mode and Morrice Evans Opticians, 30 Heol Hendre and Bryn Mai Pentre Lane.

Another successful coffee morning

As we are looking forward to the Christmas festivities please think of others – on Saturday morning the 15th of December the Dementia Friends Group within Rhuddlan arranged a Coffee Morning in the Community Centre. This is the third such mornings arranged by the Group.
