New Defibrillators In Rhuddlan

Two new defibrillators have been installed in Rhuddlan; one in the library and one in Coed y Brain, Admirals Playing Field. This brings the total of defibrillators provided by the Town Council to four. The other defibrillators are located outside the New Inn on the High Street and the Police Station on Rhyl Road. This life-saving device, can shock a person’s heart back into a normal rhythm if they go into cardiac arrest.

The Mayor, Cllr Mike Elgin stated “that the Town Council will soon be running a course on how to use a defibrillator and further details will be posted on the Town Council’s website and Facebook”
