St. Kentigern Hospice
Recently Mayor Mike Kermode and Mayoress Sue called at St. Kentigern Hospice to formally present a donation of £1,000 from their charity dance. The Alzheimer’s Society has also had a donation of £1,000. They had a good chat with the team at the Hospice and they stressed how valuable the various donations from people are to support the work of the Hospice. The Hospice is doing a “Big Dip” this month and if that’s too challenging then people can be in the Hospice’s monthly lottery or they can make occasional donations to them online.
Mike and Sue had lunch at the hospice’s Café Cariad, it was an excellent meal and is well worth a visit. It is so popular that pre-booking is recommended.
