Denbighshire County Council will start reintroducing environmental and civil enforcement operations on June 1. The Council’s enforcement activity, which includes fines for dog fouling and littering, as well as on street parking enforcement, was suspended when lockdown restrictions were introduced on March 23. Enforcement operations will be reintroduced gradually from June 1.

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is offering an opportunity for people to share feedback on the development of the new North Denbighshire Community Hospital.

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the Health Board has continued work with partners, Kier and Gleeds, on the development of the new hospital.

Plans for the new hospital and refurbishment of the Royal Alexandra Hospital will be submitted to Denbighshire County Council in June.

Before that, the Health Board is inviting residents to see progress made so far this year and get involved in sharing thoughts and opinions on the project.

A fly-through video has been produced to give an idea of what the new hospital will look like when completed.

And new artistic impressions of the work carried out by Kier and Gleeds to redesign the hospital have also been released, showing the hospital’s newly redesigned location at the rear of the existing Royal Alexandra Hospital.

The deadline for taking part in the survey is 17 June 2020.
