Rhuddlan Outdoor Gym at Admiral’s Field

Two new items have been installed at Rhuddlan’s outdoor gym located on Admiral’s Field.  The two pieces of equipment are children’s Tai Chi Discs and a children’s double sit up bench.  This now fills the space occupied by the outdoor gym and it is hoped that residents of all ages will utilise the equipment to improve their fitness and wellbeing.

The project was jointly funded from Denbighshire County Council’s commuted sums fund and by Rhuddlan Town Council. Keep a look out for gym classes that will be held in the Spring.
